Tuba Noyan began her publishing career in 1991 at Hearst magazines in Turkey, working with titles including Harper’s Bazaar, Bazaar Home, Home Art, and House Beautiful. In 1999, she founded city life, sports, and business-focused digital content platforms for Turkish Economy Bank and served as Content Manager until 2002. In 2003, she became a co-founder of Naviga Magazine and continues to serve as Editor-in-Chief. For 23 years, she has specialized in marine publishing and maritime culture, while providing sea-focused strategic experience consulting for brands. Under Naviga Publishing, she has led the release of 17 popular series titles and 38 maritime books. Coming from a seafaring family, she remains an active amateur sailor. She holds a degree in English Language and Literature from Istanbul University, and her award-winning English poems have appeared in anthologies.
