Born in 1976 in Kütahya, Hediye Güral Gür is married and a mother of two. After graduating from Koç University with a degree in International Relations, she completed her Master’s in Business Administration at Yeditepe University.

She began her professional career in 2004 as Human Resources Group Leader at Kütahya Porselen, a role she held until 2006. Between 2006 and 2008, she served as Export Group Leader at both Kütahya Porselen and NG Kütahya Seramik. In 2008, with the opening of NG Sapanca, she took on the position of Chairperson of the Board of the group’s first five-star hotel.

Currently, she serves as Chairperson of the Board of NG Hotels, and is a Board Member at Kütahya Porselen, NG Kütahya Seramik, and the Nafi Güral Education Foundation.

In addition to over 20 years of professional experience, she places great importance on social responsibility projects. She has served as Secretary General of the Women Entrepreneurs Association of Turkey (TİKAD), and is a member of prestigious organizations such as Turkey One Association, Istanbul Golf Club (İGK), International Women’s Forum Turkey (IWF), and the international gastronomy community Chaine des Rotisseurs.

Keeping abreast of developments in the industry and contributing to the strengthening of Turkish tourism internationally, Güral Gür has held key positions including Vice President of the Turkish Hoteliers Association (TÜROB), Board Member of the Turkish Tourism Investors Association (TTYD), membership in Skal International, Board Member of the DEİK Foreign Investments Business Council, and Board Member of the Service Exporters’ Association. She also serves as Chairperson of the Accommodation and Travel Services Committee of the Service Exporters’ Association, contributing actively to the sector.

Recognized with numerous awards for her work in promoting Turkish tourism, enhancing guest satisfaction, and efficient resource management, Hediye Güral Gür continues her efforts with determination toward a sustainable future.
