Gilda Perez-Alvarado is a globally recognized hospitality and real estate executive with over 20 years of experience working with leading global investors, brands, and institutions. After starting her career at PwC, she joined JLL, where she became Global CEO of Hotels & Hospitality and led cross-border investment, capital markets, and advisory across the Americas, EMEA, and Asia Pacific. In 2023, she joined Accor as Chief Strategy Officer and a member of its Management Board, overseeing strategy, investor relations, and partnerships. She also serves as CEO of Orient Express, Accor’s ultra-luxury brand developed in partnership with LVMH. She sits on the boards of Blackstone Mortgage Trust and Cornell University and is a graduate of Cornell University and IE Business School.
