During his head office tenure, he was responsible for fitness and product development, shaping innovation across the portfolio. His expertise spans operational resort management, hospitality development, and wellness strategy. Gary later joined LifeFitness as a hospitality specialist before moving to Therabody, where he launched the EMEA hospitality division as Director of Hospitality and was subsequently promoted to Director of Speciality. He now serves as Regional Director for Matrix in EMEA, leveraging his extensive industry knowledge, global network, and deep understanding of wellness and guest experience to drive growth, strategic partnerships, and market expansion.
