Currently serving as the Business Development Director at Sunset Hospitality Group in Dubai, UAE, Carmen plays a pivotal role in identifying, initiating, and assessing potential leasing, management and branding opportunities worldwide. Reporting directly to the CEO, she coordinates all aspects of the development process, from site inspections to contract negotiations, leveraging her expertise in project management and business strategy.

Prior to her current role, Carmen worked for Barcelo Hotel Group, where she served as a Business Development Manager in Dubai, UAE, and as a Business Development Analyst in Palma de Mallorca, Spain.
