Since 2002, Osman Arslan has been carrying out audits in Turkey and Europe within the scope of group audits for many local and international organizations operating in the Hospitality, Industrial Products, Consumer Goods, Construction, and Service sectors in the Deloitte Turkey audit department. Between 2006 and 2008, he led the audit of international companies operating in various sectors during the 18-month period he worked in the San Jose, CA office in the United States.

He has 23 years of experience in auditing multinational companies and large domestic industrial groups’ financial statements prepared in accordance with International Financial Reporting Standards (“IFRS”), Generally Accepted Accounting Standards in the United States of America (“PCAOB”) and/or Capital Markets Board legislation, business mergers and acquisitions, public offerings, and in financial reporting areas.

He holds Public Oversight Authority Independent Auditor, Sustainability Auditor, and Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certificates in Turkey. He is currently the Transportation, Hospitality, and Services Sector Leader and Audit Talent Leader in Deloitte Turkey and is responsible for the Mediterranean Regional Office based in Adana.

He graduated from Boğaziçi University, Department of Economics in 2002. He completed his master's degree at the Özyeğin University Executive MBA program in 2016.
