Merve Heyfegil İlker is a Partner and Senior Advisor at Servotel, advising investors, operators, architects and designers on the design development of hospitality and lifestyle real estate projects worldwide. She specializes in articulating vision-led concepts and emerging hospitality trends into the physical product, from 360-degree sharpening and localizing established brand standards to shaping new hotel brands and resorts and guiding large-scale masterplan developments.

With experience across more than 40 projects, ranging from ultra-luxury to lifestyle hospitality, some with known brands such as Bvlgari, Mandarin Oriental and Rosewood, she plays key role in shaping the built expression of concepts and evolving guest expectations. She holds a BA in Architecture from UC Berkeley and is based in London and Istanbul.
