Mehmet Erdem Yasar is currently serving as the Deputy Head of Turkiye at the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD), responsible for the Bank’s investments in corporates. 

Prior to this role, Mehmet Erdem was in charge of EBRD’s power and renewable energy initiatives in Turkiye.      

He holds an MSc in Economics from the London School of Economics and a BA in Economics from Koc University.
