Maya Ziadeh leads the strategic expansion of Accor’s Premium, Midscale and Economy (PME) brand portfolio across the Middle East, Africa & Türkiye (MEAT) region. She is responsible for accelerating the Group’s growth trajectory through management and franchise opportunities, building long-term partnerships with investors, and identifying new strategic markets.

Maya brings over 20 years of experience in hospitality development, spearheading signings across Africa, Saudi Arabia, Egypt, Oman, Kuwait, and Türkiye—markets at the forefront of regional transformation and global investment. Her track record reflects a deep understanding of how to balance global brand strength with local market opportunities, ensuring that each development contributes to shareholder value, national visions, and the wider tourism ecosystem.

Prior to joining Accor’s development team in August 2022, Maya held senior development positions at InterContinental Hotels Group and Marriott International, based in Dubai.

Maya holds a degree in Law from the Lebanese University in Lebanon, complemented by executive certificates from Cornell in Real Estate Investment and from the Cambridge Institute in Communicating for Influence and Impact. This blend of legal, financial, and hospitality expertise positions her as a trusted partner to investors and a driving force behind Accor’s growth ambitions in the region.
