Maribel serves as Senior International Advisor to the Tourism Development Fund of Saudi Arabia, an investment platform advancing private-sector participation in tourism as part of Vision 2030. Her work focuses on mobilising capital, building ecosystems, and fostering cross-border partnerships that unlock sustainable and inclusive growth.

She is a frequent keynote speaker and moderator at international business and policy forums, recognised by Forbes as one of Spain’s 30 most influential women in tourism (2024), and one of the most influential Industry Leaders in 2024 and 2025 in Spain. She is the President of Women Leading Tourism and the FITUR Woman Chapter.
