Carlos Ortega Miranda is the Director of Expansion for Palladium Hotels, where he is responsible for advancing the company’s growth strategy in the high-end and luxury market segments. With a deep understanding of hospitality and a strategic vision for expansion, Carlos plays a key role in identifying and developing premium destinations for both vacation and urban travelers. His leadership is central to the company's commitment to delivering exclusive, high-quality experiences as it strengthens its position within the luxury travel sector.

Before joining Palladium Hotel Group, Carlos built a solid international career spanning more than 15 years in hotel development, real estate, and hospitality investment. He previously served as Vice President of Global Development for NH Hotel Group, where he led expansion initiatives across key international markets.

Prior to that, he held the role of Executive Vice President in the Hotels & Hospitality division of JLL, one of the world’s leading real estate advisory firms, where he specialized in hotel development, asset strategy, and investment advisory across Europe. Carlos also gained extensive experience as Director of Business Development at Hotusa, contributing to the growth of one of Europe’s most prominent hotel consortia. Earlier in his career, he worked in hospitality consulting roles at Christie & Co and Matlin Associates, advising on investment, valuation, and expansion strategy for major hotel groups.
