Mr. Baris Tuncsiper is a Principal Investment Officer at the International Financial Corporation covering the manufacturing, agribusiness and services industries in the Middle East, Central Asia and Turkiye.

Before joining IFC, Mr. Tuncsiper worked at Oaklins Inhera as Director/Partner, after having headed the Corporate Finance Department at the Industrial Development Bank of Turkey (TSKB), also representing the bank at the board of Is Private Equity and as a member of the advisory board at the Turkish Growth & Innovation Fund (TGIF) of the EIF. He took on the role at TSKB after a tenure of nearly a decade at Is Investment Corporate Finance, lastly having taken on the responsibility of Head of Basic Industries at the department.

 Mr. Tuncsiper has a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from the Middle East Technical University in Turkey and a Masters of Science degree in International Accounting and Finance from the London School of Economics and Political Science.  He is a CFA  charterholder with CMA certification.
