Avi Alkaş, Chairman of Alkaş & HAN Spaces, is a distinguished consultant and industry leader with over 30 years of experience in commercial real estate, shopping centers, and the broader retail ecosystem. Since the early 1990s, he has played a pioneering role in shaping the modern shopping mall landscape in Türkiye, contributing to investment strategy, concept development, leasing, management, operational standards, and destination marketing.

He has been actively involved in landmark projects such as Akmerkez, Carousel, İstinye Park, Zorlu Center, and Kent Meydanı. Today, he continues to provide strategic consultancy for mixed-use and destination projects both nationally and internationally. In 2020, he founded HAN Spaces, introducing a next-generation approach to shared offices and flexible work environments.
