Andrea Grisdale is the Founder and CEO of IC Bellagio and a pioneer in destination management. For more than 25 years, she has curated bespoke travel experiences across Italy, championing responsible tourism, community-conscious travel, and meaningful human connection. Her work has been recognized by leading industry voices including Virtuoso, Condé Nast, Travel + Leisure, and Wendy Perrin. Andrea is a strong advocate for Slow Season Travel and the development of secondary destinations as a way to balance tourism growth with local well-being. She serves as Vice Chair of the WTTC Operations Committee, representing SMEs globally, and leads the Together in Travel initiative, supporting sustainable growth across the travel industry. Through her leadership, Andrea brings a people-centered, forward-looking perspective to the Forum.
