Alper Önder holds a degree in Economics from Boğaziçi University and brings nearly three decades of experience in audit, finance, and executive leadership.

He began his professional career at PwC in 1995, where he held roles in audit and financial advisory. After serving in various leadership positions, he was admitted to partnership in 2006. During his tenure, he led numerous national and international projects, developing deep expertise in audit, financial structuring, and corporate transformation.

In 2012, he joined Doğuş Group as Head of Internal Audit and Information Technologies. From 2014 onward, he assumed senior executive roles within Doğuş Food & Beverage (d.ream), Tourism and Retail Group, overseeing finance, procurement, supply chain, operations, and investment processes across multi-country operations.

Throughout his career, he has led large-scale initiatives in organizational transformation, financial restructuring, and operational efficiency, contributing to the optimization of complex, multi-functional business structures in the hospitality and retail sectors.

In December 2025, he joined Divan Group and currently serves as General Manager. In this role, he focuses on driving strategic growth, enhancing operational excellence, and creating sustainable long-term value. He is fluent in English and German.
