Ziya Alper Önder is a graduate of Istanbul Erkek Lisesi and holds a degree in Economics from Boğaziçi University. He is fluent in English and German.

He began his professional career at PwC in 1995, where he held roles of increasing responsibility in audit and financial advisory. After serving in various leadership positions, he was admitted to partnership in 2006. During his tenure, he led numerous national and international projects, developing deep expertise in audit, financial structuring, and corporate transformation.

In 2012, he joined Doğuş Group as Head of Internal Audit and Information Technologies. From 2014 onward, he assumed senior executive roles within D.ream and Doğuş Food & Beverage, Tourism and Retail Group, overseeing finance, procurement, supply chain, operations, and investment processes across multi-country operations.

He has led large-scale initiatives in organizational transformation, financial restructuring, and operational efficiency, contributing to the optimization of complex, multi-functional business structures in the tourism and hospitality sectors.

In December 2025, he joined Divan Group. He currently serves as General Manager of Divan, focusing on strategic growth, operational excellence, and long-term value creation in the hospitality industry.
