Based in Dubai, Alp advocates “smart sustainability,” linking environmental responsibility, social impact, and economic performance to support resilient hospitality assets.Over the past 25+ years, he has led regional and global partnerships with some of the world’s most recognized hospitality brands, including Hilton, Accor, IHG, Kempinski, Wyndham, Radisson, and Hyatt. His work focuses on enhancing guest and staff safety, protecting brand reputation, improving operational efficiency, and delivering measurable sustainability outcomes—while managing total cost of ownership for owners and operators across diverse markets.
Alp has extensive experience navigating complex, multi-country environments and different ownership models, including publicly listed companies, private equity–backed organizations, and family-owned enterprises. He has worked closely with senior leadership teams to shape long-term value-creation roadmaps, growth strategies, and innovation platforms that support resilient hospitality assets.
Beyond commercial leadership, Alp has collaborated with government bodies and industry stakeholders in countries such as Egypt, Türkiye, Poland, and China to advance hygiene and food-safety standards in the food & beverage sector. He consistently advocates that hygiene is a foundational pillar of sustainability, public health, and brand trust.
Based in Dubai, Alp is a strong proponent of “smart sustainability”—linking environmental responsibility, social impact, and economic performance.
