Alev Şeren is a senior finance and operations executive with over 20 years of experience across large-scale mixed-use, real estate, and infrastructure investments, with a consolidated project value exceeding $8 billion. For the past six years, he has been serving as CFO & COO at Emaar Turkey, leading financial and operational performance across retail & entertainment, hospitality, residential, and office assets, while actively exploring new investment opportunities.

His career includes contributions to landmark projects such as Emaar Square, Galataport, Zorlu Center, and Sabiha Gökçen Airport, spanning all stages of the development cycle—from construction stage to asset management—with a primary focus on feasibility, business planning, long-term financing, SPV structuring, pricing, and full P&L and cash flow ownership.

Earlier in his career, he held roles at organizations including OMV Petrol Ofisi, McKinsey & Company, and Aksigorta. He holds both undergraduate and graduate degrees from Boğaziçi University.
